So I’m down 6 pounds and didn’t lose any pounds today. I guess the slowdown is already starting to happen so it’s time to step it up in the cardio department. I woke up again at 4:30am this morning so I could get to the gym by 4:45. I worked out!
flipforces: LoL its been a looong time since i worked out….i managed to last 1 hour of cardio n burned over 650 calories….i might go again tomorrow before i meet up with matt to play tennis at sbvc, we shall see…i just weighed myself and damn….i’m fat….lol but i lasted today i guess with eating a lot less than i’m accustomed to eating 2 bowls of cereal and one bbq chicken leg…..lens my motivating...
